![]() ![]() Edit: I noticed that people with OC's only need a short amount of time to create OC remixes, so I think that just like the bad word detector, there should be a title detector that looks for keywords (e.g. Thread. That Scratcher would then discover why, discover that copying is banned, and make changes. If people tried to share a remixed project within a few minutes, a box can instead pop up, saying, Sorry, you must wait a few minutes before sharing this remix. You probably won't just sit there, you would be messing around with SOMETHING. You can just sit around doing nothing for a few minutes and wait it out, sure, but you can also make changes to the project. Why: -Remixes, if being remade creatively, should take even longer than a few minutes, so if you're not making an exact copy of a project, this shouldn't be a problem at all. I propose that we wait for a few minutes before being able to share remixes. They're just mindlessly creating exact copies of projects. That's absurd, because they did no work, and they aren't using Scratch creatively. What's even worse is when some of those projects get more popular than the original project. So, I've seen MANY times where people just press “Remix”, then “Share”. ![]() Hey there! Please read the entire post, and leave constructive posts below.
